Ernst, Rubin & Associates specializes in the fast track, pre-litigation recovery of large balance receivables and breach of contract cases both domestic and international. As a firm, we have recovered millions on the back end for some of the world’s leading corporations because we help debtor companies find their checkbooks. Please understand that our processes are proprietary and without going into too much detail, Ernst, Rubin & Associates employs an investigative approach to collections. Unlike other agencies that duplicate what most credit departments have already done in-house, Ernst, Rubin & Associates networks thousands of licensed, bonded and credit trained investigators both domestic and international. From behind the scenes, we will conduct an asset liability investigation on debtor companies to find out where their money is and what they are doing with it. We will contact secured lenders, vendors and suppliers and profile corporate executives to determine their lifestyles and whether there is a case for the misappropriation of funds or unjust enrichment. We uncover hidden assets such as open lines of credit, other bank accounts, silent partners and determine if a debtor company is playing shell games with their money to keep you from knowing where it is, or if they are a candidate to file bankruptcy. "Once" we have developed a complete financial profile and have eliminated the lies about their cash flow, our investigators can meet face to face with the principals of the debtor company. Understand that the investigators we utilize are highly skilled, very diplomatic and extremely professional. Our first concern for you as a client is to retain the debtor as a customer; however, the bottom line is restitution. Depending on how the debtor responds to the debt our investigators will produce documentation proving that we have done the research, know where their assets are, and that they either pay our client and resolve the debt or we will move forward with intent to defraud a creditor. Most companies, when they realize that you have this type of information that can be used against them in a lawsuit will come to the table. If there are skeletons in the closet that the debtor company does not want to come out, in many cases they will fire off a check to our client simply to make us go away. Our clients like to think of it as cash flow contracting. We find the money, the person who signs or authorizes the checks, and put those two together. If in fact we determine that a debtor will not pay due either to unwillingness or lack of ability, we will take all the information gathered during our investigation and provide it to the client free of charge with a recommendation on how to move forward.
